User Research & Insights
I conducted comprehensive user research to better understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. The insights gathered from interviews and observations were translated into actionable recommendations that directly informed design decisions.
Persona Development
I created and refined personas to represent key user segments. These personas helped ensure that design solutions were aligned with real user goals, challenges, and workflows throughout the project.
Wireframing & Prototyping
I developed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring design ideas to life. Through iterative testing and user feedback, I refined the designs to ensure they were intuitive and effective. My focus was on balancing usability, aesthetics, and functionality while optimizing for efficiency.
Accessibility & Inclusive Design
Accessibility was a priority from the start. I followed best practices for color contrast, typography, and interactive elements to ensure that the design was inclusive and usable for all. I also made sure the design complied with relevant accessibility standards.
B2B UX Design Experience
This project took place in a B2B environment, where I learned to design solutions that supported both business objectives and user needs. I gained valuable experience in navigating stakeholder expectations while staying true to user-centered design principles.
UX Principles & Professional Growth
Throughout the project, I strengthened my skills across the full UX process—from research to prototyping. I deepened my understanding of how to create experiences that are not only functional and accessible but also visually appealing and user-friendly.
